The house had been added onto twice, and its comfort showed it: three mismatched systems fighting each other, two bedrooms that never held temperature, and ductwork snaking through a 140° attic.

We started with a full Manual J and duct static survey, then replaced the patchwork with two Carrier Infinity variable-speed systems and a six-zone control plan. Supply trunks were re-routed and sealed, returns doubled in the starved wing, and the whole plant commissioned over two days with measured airflow at every register.

The owners' first full-summer electric bills came in 38% lower — and the primary suite finally holds 71° at 3 PM in August.
