The call came at 2 PM: dining room at 84° and climbing, a compressor with a ground fault, and a weekend of reservations at stake.

Our commercial team confirmed the RTU was beyond economic repair, sourced a compatible 12.5-ton unit from our distributor's regional stock the same afternoon, and scheduled a night crane lift for 1 AM — after service, before prep.

By 7 AM the new unit was set, curb-adapted, wired, charged, and holding the dining room at 72°. The restaurant never lost a single cover. They've since moved all four of their locations onto an Elevare maintenance program.
