About Elevare Climate
Built on a stubborn idea: measure everything.
In 2009, two Austin technicians got tired of watching systems fail for preventable reasons — oversized equipment, leaky ducts, guesswork sold with confidence. So they started a company where instruments outrank opinions.
Seventeen years later the trucks are newer and the team is bigger — but the operating system hasn’t changed. Every proposal starts with a load calculation. Every install ends with commissioning data. Every technician is an employee we trained, background-checked, and put in uniform.
That discipline made us the contractor architects specify, restaurateurs call at 2 AM, and 4,800+ households trust with the air their families breathe. We’re not the cheapest bid in the pile — we’re the one you stop needing to think about.

Mission
Make indoor comfort something our customers never have to think about — through engineering discipline, honest counsel, and service that shows up.
Vision
To prove, one metro at a time, that the trades can operate at the standard people associate with the world’s best engineering companies.
What we run on
Four values, enforced daily.
Precision
We measure before we speak. Load calculations, static pressure, refrigerant charge by weight — opinions are cheap; instruments aren't wrong.
Candor
If the honest answer is 'repair it and wait,' that's the answer you get — even when replacement would pay us more. Candor compounds; upsells don't.
Craft
Line sets concealed, floors protected, torque specs followed. The invisible details are where craft lives, and we behave as if every attic will be inspected.
Accountability
Permits filed, warranties registered, commissioning data shared. Every job leaves a paper trail we're proud to stand behind — because we sign it.
Credentials
Licensed, certified, verifiable.
Credentials aren't marketing to us — they're the minimum table stakes for touching your home's most complex system.
