Architect-designed lake house, allergy-sensitive family. Zoned inverter comfort plus a full IAQ stack — designed into the plans, not bolted on after.

We joined this project at the framing stage, which is exactly when HVAC should be designed. Working from the architect's drawings, we modeled loads for the glass-heavy lake elevation and placed every register and return before drywall made those decisions for us.
The family's allergy history shaped the air side: MERV-16 media filtration, a whole-home dehumidifier for the lake microclimate, and an ERV supplying measured fresh air without the humidity penalty.
The result is a house that holds 45–50% humidity through August, keeps cedar-season particle counts indoors at a tenth of outdoor levels, and does it all silently behind knee-wall access panels the architect approved.
